The “NJR EXPERIENCE” may freely and according to its exclusive criteria alter the Privacy Policy at any time, and without any previous notice, for any reason, especially in order to adapt it to legal or jurisprudential changes or to changes related to commercial practices of the “NJR EXPERIENCE”, through the simple publication of the new and valid Privacy Policy, and for this reason you should ALWAYS review and verify the updated version available at the electronic address www.njrxp.com.
Your participation and use of the Platform, as it refers to collection and use of information, will be exclusively governed by the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree for any reason with the current Privacy Policy, fully or partially, DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM. The use of the Platform will be considered your consent and full agreement with the revised and valid Platform Privacy Policy, and that the Privacy Policy is understood as fully incorporated into the TERMS, CONDITIONS AND POLICIES OF USE of the “NJR EXPERIENCE” Platform.
The “NJR EXPERIENCE” guarantees the security and privacy of the identity of internet users who use or purchase physical or virtual products from the Platform. Registered data such as name, address and credit card number are protected by advanced cryptography and certification systems when they are sent and are kept confidential in secure servers.
All user information and data, including credit card data provided by you, will be transmitted through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and cryptographed in our database.
The “NJR EXPERIENCE” has adopted and observed the legally required standards to implement the levels of security to protect Platform user data, having installed all means and efficient and adequate technical measures within its reach to avoid loss, misuse, alteration, non-authorized access or inappropriate removal of Personal Data provided by and/or collected from Platform Users.
Notwithstanding, the User must be aware that all security measures related to the internet are not completely infallible, and therefore, as is the case for other companies, the “NJR EXPERIENCE” CANNOT FULLY GUARANTEE THE SAFETY OR CONFIDENTIALITY OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU OR THROUGH THE USE OF THE PLATFORM.
• SERVICES ALLOW YOU TO DIRECTLY PROVIDE US WITH INFORMATION
The Services of the Platform allow Users to create accounts or profiles. To use these services, we may require certain information about you to set up the account or profile. For example, you may send certain information about yourself such as username, password, e-mail address, date of birth, picture, gender, zip code and country. We may also collect information that you voluntarily add to your profile, such as your cellphone number and cellphone service provider.
If you purchase one of our paid services or products, we may ask for your name, phone number, contact information, shipping and billing address and for your credit card information, so that we can process your purchase. The phone number provided by the user will be considered billing data and not just contact information.
Some of our Services also allow you to communicate with other people who are registered on the Platform. These communications will be transmitted by and stored in our systems.
• INFORMATION ON YOUR USE OF SERVICES
Other than the information provided by you, we may collect information regarding your use of our Services through software on your device or through other means as determined by sole discretion of the “NJR EXPERIENCE”, but not only, we may freely collect:
a) DEVICE INFORMATION: such as the model of your hardware, the IMEI number or other exclusive identifiers of your Device, MAC address, IP address, operational system version and Device settings that you use to access Services, MSISDN and your cellphone services.
b) REGISTRATION INFORMATION: such as the time and duration that you use the Service, words searched by you through the Services and any stored information in cookies that we have defined in your device.
c) LOCATION INFORMATION: such as GPS signal of your Devices or information on Wi-Fi access points and cellphone service towers nearby that may have transmit to us while you use determined Services available on the Platform.
d) VOICE INFORMATION: such as recordings of your voice made by us (and possibly stored by our servers) when you use voice commands to control a Service available on the Platform. We work with an outsourced service provider which provides voice to text conversion services in our name, being that this provider will also be able to receive and store certain voice commands.
e) OTHER INFORMATION: about your use of the Services, such as the apps that you use, the websites you visit and how you interact with content offered by a Service.
f) THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION: we may receive information about you from available public and commercial sources (as permitted by the Law) which we may also add to other information that we receive from you or about you. We may also receive information about you from network services and social media of third parties when you chose to connect to those services. We also collect information on persons who receive gifts from a gift giver.
g) OTHER INFORMATION WE COLLECT: we may also collect other information about you, your device or your use of the services available on the “NJR EXPERIENCE” Platform, provided images and videos, in the manner we have described our collection, or other means, with your previous and expressed consent through adhering to the current Platform Privacy Policy.
YOU MAY OPT NOT TO PROVIDE CERTAIN TYPES OF INFORMATION (FOR EXAMPLE, INFORMATION THAT WE REQUIRE DURING ACCOUNT REGISTRATION). HOWEVER, YOUR DECISION MAY AFFECT YOUR CAPABILITIES AND MAY PREVENT YOU FROM USING CERTAIN SERVICES AVAILABLE ON THE “NJR EXPERIENCE” PLATFORM, AFFIRMING THAT, IN THIS CASE, the “NJR EXPERIENCE” HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY OR OBLIGATION OF ANY NATURE IN REGARD TO YOUR DECISION AND, THEREFORE, THE EVENTUAL LIMITATION OF USE TO ANY CONTRACTED SERVICE.
The “NJR EXPERIENCE” periodically and under its sole descretion, may offer you the opportunity to participate in drawings for prizes, contests and research (“Special Promotions”) through the Platform. A Special Promotion may be registered by a privacy policy and/or terms and conditions separately from this Privacy Policy and from the TERMS, CONDITIONS AND POLICIES OF USE of the “NJR EXPERIENCE” Platform available on the electronic address www.njrxp.com. In case the provisions of the privacy policy or the terms and conditions of the Special Promotion conflict with the Privacy Policy or TERMS, CONDITIONS AND POLICIES OF USE of the “NJR EXPERIENCE” Platform, these separate terms and conditions or privacy policy will prevail. If you participate in a special promotion, we may require some personal information other than that declared in this Privacy Policy. This additional information may be combined with other account information and may be used and shared, as outlined in this Privacy Policy.
We do not collect or ask for any personal information from users under the age of 18 without the consent of parents or the responsible party, unless permitted by Law. If we find that a minor under 18 years of age has directly provided us with personal information without respective authorization, we will remove the information according to the applicable Law.

We may share information to prevent the illegal use of the “NJR EXPERIENCE” products and services or the violation of the TERMS, CONDITIONS AND POLICIES OF USE of the “NJR EXPERIENCE” Platform, or to defend ourselves from the claims from third parties. E) OTHER PARTIES RELATED TO CORPORATE TRANSACTIONS: we may disclose your information to third parties as a part of a merger or transfer or in case of bankruptcy.

• STANDARD SHARING
When you subscribe to or use certain Platform services, you agree to publicly share a basic amount of information, which may include your username, city location, profile picture, friends on social networks, and content, among which are videos and images, published on the “NJR EXPERIENCE” Platform.
• WHAT YOU DECIDE TO SHARE
You may select the information you want to share. To participate in certain offerings, you may need to adjust your privacy settings and share additional information. You may also choose, if you wish, to share your activities on other platforms, such as Facebook and Twitter. Read the privacy policies of those platforms, as your “NJR EXPERIENCE” activity published by them will no longer be governed by the “NJR EXPERIENCE” Privacy Policy.
• SHARING OF THE “NJR EXPERIENCE”
Publicly shared information may be used by the “NJR EXPERIENCE” for promotional purposes.
The “NJR EXPERIENCE” automatically collects information within our products or services or what is stored by your browser or Device. We utilize various methods to collect information, including, among others, cookies and pixel tags/web beacons (“Collection Tools”).
If you disable any Collection Tools, you may not have access to some offerings that make your experience on the Platform more efficient, and some of our services and offerings may not work appropriately. However, you will still be able to access support through our call center.
We also work with other companies that use monitoring technologies to publish ads in our name on the Internet. These companies may collect information on how you interact with us, including with advertising.
You may modify or delete your profile in certain “NJR EXPERIENCE” services through your account. Your previously posted information can still be publicly viewed. The “NJR EXPERIENCE” allows you to easily keep your information accurate, complete and updated. We hold your personal information for the necessary period to satisfy the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is legally required permitted.
To request the deletion of your profile and data, please send an email, containing your user ID and registered email, to help@njrxp.com.
Regardless of the settings you chose, you may receive communications related to the “NJR EXPERIENCE”. To cancel your registration and to no longer receive messages, change your settings or follow the instructions in the e-mail, text message, notice or other type of message. In case you have cancelled your subscription so as to no longer receive any communication from the “NJR EXPERIENCE”, you may, due to production timetables, still receive communications already under production.
Our digital operations may be realized, fully or partially, in the United States, Spain and Mexico, or any other country where it has businesses or contracted a service provider. Regardless of the location of your residence, you agree to have your personal data transferred, processed and stored in the United States, Spain and Mexico and allow the “NJR EXPERIENCE” to use and collect your personal information in any country where it has businesses or has contracted a service provider, in agreement with the Privacy Policy of the Platform.
